ABOUT US
Welcome to
our family practice. I hope this website will help you
get to know us a little better. We have noticed insurance
information is becoming more of a concern to our patients. I
have made the choice to have online information available to
my patient family. Also I want to mention that this site is
fully compliant with HIPAA regulations and all confidential
information is protected through PracticeWorks®. You do not
have to worry about confidential information getting out to
third parties. At the request of the patient, a log-in
number and a confidential password will be issued from
our office.
This site
will help our patients in many ways. Patients will be able
to send comments and questions about their dental health as
well as request online appointments by either sending an
email to
shelbydental@shelbydental.net
or by linking into our comments portion of the website.
Account holders will be able to access their account
insurance information, change demographic data, make secured
online payments, and determine account balances at any time.
I want you to know that being a member of our
family practice is important to us and we hope that we have
